Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day you received your order. For custom orders, we offer partial refunds, depending on the complexity and design of the outfit.

Any returns sent back without a return request won't be refunded - so be sure to reach out first!​

To make sure your return goes smoothly, please ensure:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know if it's good to go! If approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note, it can take a few days for the dredit to show up, depending on your card issuer.​​

Shipping
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, but don’t worry—we’ll make it as easy as possible. If you do decide to return, please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges
Want to swap your item for the same product? No problem - just reach out, and we'll help you arrange it. Keep in mind, exchanges will incur any additional shipping fees.
